PARO implemented an impactful educational support project in the Kumbungu District in 2025 aimed at strengthening early childhood education and improving the learning environment for young children.

As part of the initiative, PARO provided comfortable round-table furniture to selected schools to create child-friendly classrooms that encourage participation, collaboration, and interactive learning among pupils.

The project also included phonics training for teachers, equipping educators with effective teaching strategies to improve literacy development and foundational reading skills in early learners. Through these training sessions, teachers gained practical knowledge and modern techniques to support quality early childhood education in their classrooms.

This initiative reflects PARO’s commitment to promoting quality education, supporting teachers, and creating inclusive learning environments that help children build strong educational foundations for the future.

The project benefited selected schools across the Kumbungu District and contributed to enhancing teaching and learning outcomes within the community.
